Processing Time & Delivery Time
As soon as your order is placed, we immediately begin preparing it. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us, including tracking information when available, so you can follow your package.
The average delivery time to the United States is 5 to 14 business days after shipment. Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs inspections or local delivery services. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our direct control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Carriers & Shipping Costs
We ship orders to the United States through reliable international carriers such as PostNL and DHL. The choice of carrier depends on the weight, size, and most efficient shipping route for your package. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order, including packaging. The exact rate is automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipping Costs by Weight Class:
0 to 1 kg: €29.95
1 to 2 kg: €34.95
2 to 3 kg: €39.95
3 to 5 kg: €49.95
5 to 10 kg: €69.95

Customs, Import Duties & Secure Delivery
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, or other local charges may be imposed by U.S. authorities. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them in advance.
At Noranovae, we give special attention to the packaging of our handmade creams. Each product is carefully wrapped using protective materials to minimize the impact of shocks and temperature changes during transit. While responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier once the package has been handed over, we do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & Liability
Returns from the United States are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs to the Netherlands are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure that your return arrives safely.
We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or the holding of packages by customs or international carriers. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for transportation lies with the shipping provider.
If there is unexpectedly an issue with your U.S. order, such as damage or a package that has not arrived, please contact our customer service immediately. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will guide you through the necessary steps and work toward an appropriate solution, although our liability is limited once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
